The FlightDaq-TL is a high-resolution data acquisition system built for demanding test environments such as flight testing, propulsion monitoring, and advanced vehicle development. It supports up to 32 configurable input channels, offering precise acquisition of voltage, resistance, temperature, and pressure transducer signals — including wet pressure sensors.
Each of the 16 Lemo input ports supports two independently configurable signals, allowing the system to interface with a mix of sensors including RTDs, thermistors, thermocouples, and both amplified and ratiometric pressure transducers. Integrated excitation options (5 V, 10 V, 24 V) are selectable per channel group, enabling compatibility with a wide range of sensor types.
With 24-bit resolution, a sample rate of up to 250 Hz per channel, and support for multiple output protocols (iDDS, IENA, Chell Native, and Netscanner emulation), the FlightDaq-TL delivers engineering-unit data in real time over a 100 Mbps Ethernet interface. Synchronization is handled via IEEE 1588 PTPv2, and the system is fully configurable through an embedded web server or iDDS configuration tools.
Housed in a compact, IP67-rated aluminum enclosure and tested to DO160E/F vibration and environmental standards, FlightDaq-TL is engineered for durability and performance in harsh field or in-flight installations.
